Fatimah Kojaste Dana is a graduate of the Amirkabir University of Technology and the project executor of “examining how vulnerable NB-IoT technology is by injecting bugs and proposing a method to increase the tolerability.” She declared: “NB-IoT is a new low-power long-range technology that was standardized in 2016.”
“Examining how vulnerable NB-IoT technology is and proposing a solution for decreasing the vulnerability,” she continued “showed that we can use it in an area with wide coverage range and high reliability. We can connect devices to the internet and manage them and create a reliable way to implement the internet of things.”
The supervisor of this project was Dr. Hamidreza Zarandi, a faculty member of the Amirkabir University of Technology.
