The shining of the athletes of AmirKabir University of Technology in taekwondo and chess competitions.
The student athletes of AmirKabir University of Technology achieved top positions in taekwondo and chess competitions.
According to the public relations office of AmirKabir University of Technology: The boys' taekwondo competition was hosted by the University of Science and Industry on December 12th, where Mohammad Hossein Lotfi from the Aerospace Department, representing the university, not only achieved the position of vice-champion in the competition but also succeeded in qualifying for the national student Olympiad.
Additionally, the selection competitions for male and female chess students were held at the University of Science and Culture from December 10th to 12th. These selection competitions are the sixteenth round of the country's student sports Olympiad, in which 198 participants from 18 top universities of the first region, including 15 male teams and 14 female teams, took part.
AmirKabir University of Technology had 9 athletes (5 male and 4 female) participating in these competitions, and ultimately the university's athletes were able to achieve top positions by overcoming their opponents.
